What you see is what you get.  95% of the goods have detailed  product information.  We do NOT sell used products. We sell brand new products, except for the Hitachi LCD TVs, which are refurbished and certified by the factory.

98% of  products sold are daily stock items. They are indicated as "usually ships in 2-3 business days".  However, due to the nature of consumer electronics, some popular items are not readily available. The shipping cost will be presented to you upon the input of your shipping address during the checkout, but before your credit card billing info. is requested.(Hint: this only takes you less than 45 seconds. Comparison: a call or email would take 2 minutes to 48 hours)

Shipping

We  ship packages via DHL, UPS and Fedex,  including ground, next day air, 2nd day air We also ship freight goods ( TV 27" and up, appliances and etc.) via trucking companies. You will be asked to specify the method you prefer on your order form.   Our most basic shipping is curbside deferred delivery, which may not include lift-gate, residential, notification or any other accessorial charges proposed by a common carrier. You choose the shipping method and cost that is best suitable to you.  Any shipment to the address indicated on the order form cannot be refused or returned without Return Authorization number(RMA#) or prior cancellation in writing acknowledged by us, unless shipping damage is reported on the delivery document. Otherwise, we will charge up to 25% of the product selling price for such a refusal return without refunding the shipping cost.   0-5days.com does not ship or deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Due to shipper restrictions we can deliver only computer products to P.O. Boxes. Customers outside of the U.S. must assume all import tariffs and duties in their respective countries. They must also be responsible for the products bought complying with the import regulations of their respective customs.

Payment Methods

Credit Cards - We accept all major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with 0-5days.com. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number-the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Purchase Orders  - 0-5days.com accepts purchase orders from established government agencies, schools, corporations and resellers.  Please fax your PO to us @425-307-6607

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks

We also accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Please print and fill out the 0-5days.com order form (order as if you are using a credit card and stop before you are asked to input credit card information) and send it along with one of the above payment instruments made out to 0-5days.com. Please contact us for the mailing address.

Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Sales Tax
All orders shipped to Washington are subject to 8.9% sales tax.

Price
Price fluctuates. All prices are good only at POP(point of purchase). Your placement of an order indicates your unconditional acceptance of the price of a particular product.



Orders will be shipped the next 2-3 business day. If   an order needs to be shipped the same day, please call in to inform after placing the order on our site.  You will get an email confirmation immediately after ordering.  You will get a second email  about the shipping status. 90% of orders on package shipping will have  tracking numbers from UPS, Fedex, Airborne or USPS.   Big and heavy items (TV 27" and up, Plasma Monitors and etc.)on freight transportation will not have tracking  numbers on the site. Return Policy 

  • Only returns for direct replacements(exchanges) are considered. This means we replace with the same product as originally bought. Replacements only apply to orders damaged due to shipping. In other words, the site is set up to serve the needs of people who are sure of what they are buying. When a return for credit is granted on a case to case basis, a restocking fee equal to 15% of the selling price will be charged without refunding the shipping cost.
  • If a product is found defective, it has to be serviced (repaired) by the manufacturer. If the diagnosis finds the product is beyond repair (unrepairable or not economical to repair), the replacement will be sent to you through us or the manufacturer.
  • In case of shipping damage, you must write it down on the delivery paper and refuse the delivery immediately. 0-5days.com will ship out the replacement upon receipt of such proof. Please note the cosmetic damage of any kind on the packaging does not signify such shipping damage to the content inside. It is your right and obligation to inspect the content before you sign for the delivery when you see a significant impact point to justify so.

Product Return Guidelines

For all returns to 0-5days.com, you must obtain a Return Authorization number based on the category of the product. There is a 25% (of the price)penalty fee for any return received without an RMA number and a deduction of shipping charge in refund. Please email to support@0-5days.com   

The following information is required to issue a Return Authorization. Otherwise, your request will be declined.

  • Company/customer Name
  • Invoice/Order Number (5 digits)
  • Order Date
  • Product Model #
  • Category of Return: Defective or DOA or Damaged due to Shipping
  • Reason for Return: Return is a very serious situation.  A reasonable degree of details is required.
  • Conditions of Product (opened or unopened; used or unused)

Return Shipping Guidelines 

For 0-5days.com to process your return in a timely manner, please review the information and follow the procedures outlined below:

  • Use the original manufacturers' boxes
  • Package all returns to prevent damage in transit
  • All returns must have an RA number printed on the return shipping box
  • Do not write addresses or RA numbers on the outside of the manufacturers’ boxes.
  • All returns must be complete including the UPC code(bar code), all components, accessories, cables, software and manuals in the original shipment. The product received back in our warehouse must be in the same conditions as it is described in your RMA request. Failure to meet the above requirements will result in a deduction of your refund.
  • All returns must be received by 0-5days.com within 30 days from the date the RA number is issued. RA numbers are only valid for 30 days.
  • Returns must be shipped freight pre-paid
  • Once we receive your return, we ship out the replacement free of shipping charge.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. 0-5days.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. 0-5days.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $1000.00 (U.S.) may need to obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. 

 

Order By Phone

98% of our customers order on line.  Even though we take orders of $300 and more by phone, we must advise you that we are not a mail order company and this is not the most efficient way to do business with us.  Prior to the phone call, you must go through our checkout process online and stop right before the payment step (the last step) to have all the necessary information ready.
